Below is the first of a two-part word which I began to
receive after intercession last night at Revival Outreach Center. I felt you
all should receive it. The second part is on what I'm hearing God say about the
“governmental” aspect of IAM this year.
“My lover spoke and said to me, ‘Arise, my darling, my
beautiful one, and come with me. See! The winter is past; the rains are over
and gone. Flowers appear on the earth; the season of singing has come, the
cooing of doves is heard in our land. The fig tree forms its early fruit; the
blossoming vines spread their fragrance. Arise, come my darling; my beautiful
one, come with me.’” (Song of Songs
2:10-13)
Sunday evening during intercession at ROC we targeted the
upcoming I.A.M. Convening. There were a number of different impressions and
words that came, many of which dealt with “water” in one form or another.
And, there was the strong agreement that convening week was
to be a time of great clarification and refreshment.
I was reminded of an experience I had last Friday, which I
want to share herein. And, there is also a word I am hearing. It is a word
specifically for I.A.M during this time of convening in February of 2010. I am
believing for I.A.M in a governmental way this year, as well.
A GATHERING OF SONG
I was driving home Friday along "Bloomingdale
Avenue" in Brandon. There is a large High School located just off that
route. Between the avenue and the school parking lot is a water retention pond.
It was filled with water as it had rained hard the night before, and was still
lightly raining. As I approached the area, I was suddenly struck by the sight
of a huge flock of birds. There were several different kinds; black birds,
white water birds, small brown birds. They were gathered on the power lines on
both sides of Bloomingdale Avenue and also all around, as well as in, the water
in the retention pond. They were even soaring about in the air above.
With a smile, I was reminded of the old Alfred Hitchcock
movie, "The Birds" – this was a massive gathering of birds. But, it
was completely different than the atmosphere of that old classic movie. It was
not one of an ominous feeling but, one filled with song. I slowed down and
looked and listened. The air was filled with joyful song.
It is also interesting to me that 'Bloomingdale' was the
only place I saw such a gathering. “Blooming-Dale:” A "dale" is a
valley. It is a place where the streams from the mountains gather and flow
through. And, “blooming” is a time of fruit, or fruitfulness.
The Lord has already said that this year of 2010 is to be
one of “Apostolic Expansion” and “Prophetic Fulfillment.” He has said this year
will be one of a GREAT HARVEST. There is a GATHERING taking place. And, this
gathering will be around the Living Waters of God, and will RELEASE THE SONG OF
PRAISE throughout the land.
I woke up this morning with the above passage from Song of
Songs. I am hearing the Lord say to the I.A.M. family:
"Come, My Beloved, come. Gather by the waters, settle
by the streams of living water flowing from My Throne. Come, rest in the green
pasture beside the deep, clear water. For, it is the time to be REFRESHED. And,
it is the time to LET YOUR SONG ARISE."
The Lord says, "You have gone through the hard winter,
you have climbed the rocky places and endured. You have climbed on when others
have given up. You have sown your seed; planted good seed in many fields. That
seed has gone into the soil, good soil, and it has died there."
"And, its death in the soil has released LIFE. The time
of BLOOMING is at hand, the time of EARLY FRUIT is upon you. And, it is
bringing a GREAT HARVEST. And, great is the fragrance of that harvest."
"Now is the time to both REST and RISE. For, I AM
releasing a NEW SONG within you and through you. Let this time of gathering
together be the place to rise together to new heights. Let it be both the time
to rest beside the waters and to rise on the wings of praise into the higher
winds of My Spirit."
"It is also the time to enter a place of greater
CLARITY. For, the waters I led you to are clear and pure. Therefore, Beloved,
use the time beside the still waters to regain and refocus your vision. This
year will require clear eyes and pure hearts for there will be many paths open
to you; but, only My Way will bring the victories you seek. Be open to the new
path of My Righteousness. It will open before you suddenly and creatively. You
will know it is My Way for it will cut straight through the wilderness and rise
on the wings of praise.
"Therefore, My Beloved, come to My Table and eat and
drink. EAT YOUR FILL, for there is BREAD, MANNA, HEAVEN'S BREAD. Bread enough
for all, Bread enough to satisfy. DRINK, DRINK DEEP, DRINK LONG AND DEEP of the
waters of Life, and My New Wine. For, I AM bringing to you this year GREAT
HARVEST. And, the FRAGRANCE, the Fragrance of My Name; the Fragrance of the
Fruit from the Seed you have planted shall spread throughout the land."
A TIME TO ENGAGE THE POWERS
This second part deals with what I believe I.A.M is called
to “governmentally” in this year.
There are a couple of details that hit me about my
experience. One is that many of the birds were gathered upon the “power lines,”
and they were gathered on the lines of communication. The second was that this gathering
was ONLY in front of a major High School. This school, I believe, represents an
overall picture of places “governmental control and influence.”
"The cooing of doves is heard in our land!"
"There is a sound, a new sound, a POWER SOUND moving
along the pathways, the highways, the power line ways. It is a sound of My
Spirit, it is the sound of My Love."
"It is a sound I AM releasing through you, My Children,
that will bring greater KINGDOM KNOWING, KINGDOM EXPERIENCE in the land."
The Lord says, "Be alert; be attentive to the sound of
My Voice in these days. For I AM releasing a NEW SOUND. It will come on the
wind of My Spirit. My Spirit Wind blows wherever it pleases! LISTEN for it. Be
alert. It will be different than what you have experienced before. For it is
NEW SOUND for a NEW DAY."
"New prophetic voices are being released with My Voice.
They shall carry My Sound as you carry it; but, until now they have not been
heard as you have been heard."
"That is changing, Beloved, for I AM ENLARGING YOUR
BORDERS, INCREASING YOUR TERRITORY. I AM expanding you to the north, south,
east and west. I AM multiplying you for rapid Kingdom Expansion. And yet, you
cannot carry this outpouring alone."
"Therefore," says the Lord, "New voices of
the Levite, of the Prophet, of the Artist, of the SPIRIT CRAFTSMAN will join
with you; and, together, you will move along the POWER LINES with a mighty
sound of My Wind."
A couple notes here: First, the “power lines” are all about
“communication.” I believe we are being called to greater communication. To be
open to creative ways of technology, and expanding our voice along the power
grids of the land. We're doing this in many ways; but I believe there is a need
for greater “connection” and release of creative voice within IAM this year.
Those who have technical abilities, those who have creative visions, those who
have financial and business resources throughout IAM – all must now link
together – like the birds on the wire.
Secondly, I believe the new voices being released are both
inside IAM and also without – those who are in the spheres of influence
(below). The two will join together helping to bring about “one man.”
"The fig tree forms its early fruit; the blossoming
vines spread their fragrance"
"Be ready, for I have positioned you before the
Citadels of Unbelief. I have brought you to the very gates of government, to
the doors of the influential and the mighty men. Their walls and gates are
shaking; their influence is being undermined by their own greed, ego, vanity,
and pride. And the doors long closed to you are now being opened. Be ready.
Watch for these open doors; for, I have already spoken your name into the
spirits of the gatekeepers, and they are opening gates for you."
“You will enter through new open doors in these Spheres of
Influence. You will speak My Voice, and there will be ready open ears to hear
My Word. Be ready, for these may seem like small doors, small openings; but
they will open wider doors of opportunity.”
“Be ready as the wise virgins, with the Oil of My Joy, and
the Flame of My Love,” says the Lord.
“For, I have given you My Word, and you are holding
faithfully to it. And, you are carrying My Name to the nations. It is a
“fragrance” being poured out – poured out like Anointing Oil. Oil for healing,
for deliverance, for liberty and love.”
“This is the FRAGRANCE you are carrying and releasing
throughout the land. You are My FATHERS OF FRAGRANCE, and the children are
coming home to you – drawn by the Fragrance of My Name. And you will indeed see
a Great Harvest this year,” says the Lord.
A note here: I believe that the “fragrance” we carry in IAM
will have a powerful effect nationally this year. That effect will flow out
from increased regional impact. By that I mean, in each of the places where we
already have connections and influence there is a pleasant aroma of Christ
rising. It is important, therefore, to be aggressive regionally, and not let
past “seeming” failures, or past closed doors cause a loss of vision. The
Fragrance of Jesus IS rising, and doors ARE opening.
