International Apostolic Ministries is not a denomination, but rather, a spiritual family or tribe. We believe there is great strength in unified diversity. We reject the notion of hierarchical control in the Church. Rather, we believe the “Church” was super-imposed upon and over what Jesus Christ meant to be the “Ecclesia.” We believe that the Ecclesia must be structured around the anointing and divinely orchestrated relationships and unified purpose, for apart from this, there is no divine life.
Though we are not “non-denominational,” we like to look at ourselves as “inter-denominational.” That is, we are not demonstrating against denominations of the Church nor are we exalting our views above the present day Church. We can see a clear path to what Jesus Christ always meant for His Ecclesia.
In the words of revivalist John Graham Lake: “That is the advantage of having people who trust God, and walk out on God’s lines, come together, and carry one another’s loads, and form a nucleus in society which has some force for God. I have no confidence or faith in these little efforts that people run after here and there. Most of them go up in a vapor. If you want something done for God and humanity, put your hearts and your hands together and your souls together. Organize your effort.”
The “Ecclesia” has authoritative application upon the earth by every believer. Sickness, disease, traumas, poverty, and wrecked lives succumb to the authority of heaven displayed by the true Ecclesia, the everyday believer who is filled with the Spirit of God. Thus, the false authority and the hierarchical controls of the self-appointed few is not what Jesus meant for the children of God.
Apostles, Prophets, Evangelists, Shepherds & Teachers, were given by Jesus Christ to equip the children of God and not to lord over them. By “equipping” these (5-Fold Ministers) give applicable authority from heaven over the works of the evil one who destroys.
So, we can see that a new day is dawning upon the earth via the unified body of Jesus Christ. “The Sun of Righteousness shall arise with healing in His wings!” The flickering flames of revival are being fanned by the Holy Spirit into a blazing inferno as God invades the hearts of His people and nations are being transformed.
We seek to raise up spiritual fathers who release the people of God into their destiny, not oligarchs who dictate, own and control. We seek to build up the local Church and yet construct an authoritative Ecclesia through apostolic and prophetic impartation, divine revelation, strategic sphere equipping, and dynamic activation.
We are not to be “ashamed of the gospel of Christ, for it is the power of God unto salvation.” When we unashamedly preach the Gospel of the Kingdom of the Christ-Messiah and have a relationship with the anointings and the power of the Holy Spirit, our faith is energized by love and unity. We build relationships with others that have like passion for Jesus as we do.
It is advisable to relate to an organization of people, churches, and ministries who have a passion for the same things. To enter into functional covenant with others enables you to further your ministry and life into nations in many ways that would be impossible for you to do independently. In addition, effectual doors of opportunity can be opened through the connections found in new relationships that are in visionary alignment.
Since the household of God is founded upon apostles and prophets, there is spiritual insight, discipline, and protection when relating to the apostles and prophets of your generation. There is, therefore, a need for apostolic alignment without ungodly controls. Just as a healthy family has an alignment under a father and that father sets a path and pace for the family to journey in its destiny, so apostles & prophets lead us along the paths of righteousness for His name’s sake.
As a tribe of peoples, we know who we are, we are anointed as a spiritual family, a tribe, we have the character of Judah, the forerunner, the warrior tribe who lays down his life for the other tribes. We must relate most closely with the Levi’s and the Benjamin’s to see the will of the Father of lights being done fully upon the earth.
Thus, we are high praisers and warriors of the strategic kind. We are history makers, and we glorify the works and the wonders of our King, Jesus Christ!
Deep within the heart of many Christ believers today is arising a sound. What began as a small whisper is rapidly rising to a crescendo which cannot be ignored. It is a yearning for more. It is a cry for liberty. It is a resilient, even obstinate insistence that our church-based religion undergo a major transformation to the authoritative force that Jesus meant for the Ecclesia to be. It is the sound of war. The war against the evil one. “For this purpose the Son of God was made manifest, to destroy the works of the evil one…”
Having begun in the Spirit, we will not trust in the works of the flesh. We are seeking a new way, a better way — the Way of the Kingdom. Our journey. Yet, we are earnestly seeking practical ways for the Kingdom to be manifest in every sector of society.
I.A.M. was birthed out of the fires of revival, confirmed by the revelation of the Word of God, and is driven by a passion to build the Kingdom of God. International Apostolic Ministries is seeking those who have heard such a call of the Spirit. We are laboring to enter a functional relationship with those who believe they are to bring revival and reformation to the Christ-believers around the globe for the establishing of Ecclesia into the hearts of all believers and the making of “disciples of all nations.”
The Holy Spirit is moving powerfully in the hearts of a new generation. These are those who are not willing to be satisfied with anything less than the very glory of heaven. No longer will they give themselves to man’s efforts to make a name for himself. They will not rest until the knowledge of the glory of the Lord fills the entire earth, even as the waters cover the sea.
I.A.M. is a tribe, an apostolic network, a spiritual family, and an equipping task force, that has vision for a great journey. For, “Behold, I am going to send you Elijah the prophet before the coming of the great and terrible day of the Lord. He will restore the hearts of the fathers to their children and the hearts of the children to their fathers so that I will not come and smite the land with a curse.” Malachi 4:5 & 6
